What does all-inclusive mean?

Your event will include everything needed from chairs to decor. If chosen, preferred caterers and vendors will be at your disposal. A personal event coordinator will be assigned to ensure the success of your event.

Do you require the use of the list of preferred vendors?

No, you may choose your own vendors however we highly recommend ours!

Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?

Of course! You can bring anything to add to your event we ask that you do not however alter our decorations or nail anything to our walls. Non permanent adhesion methods are welcome.

Who will set up and break down?

We will have a dedicated event day team for set up and break down as welling as serve during the event. We only ask that if you bring your own decor to set that up.

What are the hours?

Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm for venue tours excluding event hours. Please visit the contact page for more information or to send us a message.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

We have a list of preferred vendors for you to choose from
We have a kitchen prep area for storage and reheating only if you choose to bring your own food.
All alcohol must be served by a properly licensed bartender
You as the event organizer may bring your own alcohol to supply the bartender service.
No guests may bring in any alcohol under any circumstances
A liability insurance waiver must be obtained and filled out if guests choose to bring their own food and beverage.
Each additional vendor (caterer, bartender, etc) must carry its own liability insurance.

Do you take special requests for themes?

Depending on the theme and the materials needed, please inquire for more details on specifics.

Do I have to wear a mask during the event?

As recommended by the CDC, facial coverings as highly effective in stopping the spread of COVID-19. While we do not require event guests to wear masks during the event. Please be assured that our staff will be wearing masks at all times and proper social distancing guidelines will be adhered to.

What is the payment method for the event?

There is a 50% down payment at the time of event booking. The other 50% will be taken on event day. The payment will be through Paypal.

Who is liable for damages or theft?

The event organizer is responsible for all damages and theft left by guests. Event Olando is not liable for any loss of valuable items or damages that occur during event or while on premises.

What is not included?

Eventolando does not provide any limo, fresh flowers, valet parking or attire.
