COVID-19

Please note that by scheduling a tour you are affirming that:

•  You and anyone accompanying you on the tour does not have a COVID-19 infection and are not currently nor in the last 14 days experienced any symptoms associated with the virus.  
• You and anyone accompanying you on the tour have not been in direct contact with anyone who is confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19,  including anyone who was experiencing or displaying any of the known symptoms of COVID-19
•  You and anyone accompanying you on the tour have not in the last 14 days: Traveled to or from areas of substantial community spread requiring quarantine by the Florida Department of Health; traveled from an international location based on the current U.S. travel advisory; traveled on a cruise. 

We would be glad to reschedule your booking if you and anyone accompanying you on the tour cannot comfirm the above. 

We continue to monitor and follow government guidelines in our efforts to provide a safe venue choice for special events. 

Book with confidence:

• All guests and associates will be required to wear face coverings when conducting the tour
• Common touchpoints and items will be disinfected frequently and in between tours
• Hand sanitizers will be available upon request
• Our Event coordinators will maintain 6 feet apart as dictated by social distancing guidelines.

Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, please do not hesitate to reach out and reschedule your tour should there be any sudden changes. Please allow at least 24 hours' notice before the tour for cancellation or rescheduling. 

Due to the many guidelines set forth by local and statewide governments, our capacity has been capped at 258 guests. Please note that in the event of a shut down due to a gathering exceeding the maximum capacity EventOlando will NOT be responsible for reimbursement.
